Return Process

  Log in to your UNIQ account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring all previous shipping marks are covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement within 3 to 5 business days.
